Location
Walt Disney World Resort is located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, just outside Orlando. It’s easily accessible from major highways and Orlando International Airport.
Size
Walt Disney World Resort is the largest Disney theme park resort in the world, covering approximately 25,000 acres—about the size of the city of San Francisco. It’s so large that you could fit all of Disneyland Resort inside it multiple times!
Parks
Walt Disney World is home to four major theme parks:
Magic Kingdom – The iconic park that houses Cinderella Castle, featuring classic attractions like Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, and It's a Small World.
Epcot – A park that celebrates innovation, culture, and sustainability with attractions like Spaceship Earth, World Showcase, and Test Track.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios – A park devoted to movies, shows, and thrilling rides, including Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, and Toy Story Land.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom – A park that blends wildlife conservation with immersive experiences, featuring Pandora – The World of Avatar, Expedition Everest, and Kilimanjaro Safaris.
Water Parks:
Walt Disney World Resort also features two water parks:
Blizzard Beach – A winter-themed water park with slides, lazy rivers, and fun for all ages.
Typhoon Lagoon – A tropical-themed water park with a large wave pool, water slides, and a relaxing lazy river.

Walt Disney World Resort has an extensive range of hotels and resorts, offering something for every budget, from value options to deluxe accommodations. There are over 25 hotels located on the property, including:
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa – A luxurious Victorian-style hotel offering high-end dining and a beautiful view of the Magic Kingdom.
